What You’ll Be Doing:

• Master the Machines: Program and operate Fanuc and Mazak Milling Machines, CNC Lathes, and CNC Vertical Borers with precision.
• Blueprint to Reality: Bring technical drawings to life with your expert machining skills.
• Innovate and Improve: Offer ideas to enhance workshop processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Quality Control: Inspect and calibrate machines, prepare detailed reports, and ensure every product meets the highest standards.
• Hands-On Leadership: Mentor apprentices and provide technical support across the organization.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Qualifications: Trade Qualified Fitter/Machinist.
• Experience: 3-5 years of post-trade experience in a machining environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in CNC programming, milling, and turning with a strong focus on quality and precision.
