Fitter and Turner (CNC experience desired)
Location: Mackay QLD
Industry: Fitters, Turners & Machinists (Trades & Services)
Employment: Full time
BONUS AFTER SIX MONTHS AND NINE MONTHS
ANNUAL COMPANY AWAY TRIP
MONTHLY BBQ’S
SOME RELOCATION COSTS WILL BE CONSIDERED
Min 38 hrs per week with plenty overtime available
$45 – $58 per hour
Duties include:
- Program and operate CNC lathes, CNC vertical and CNC horizontal machining centres
- The ability to read and interpret drawings
- Perform Precision Machining work as per job requirements
- Maintain high standards of work and have pride in the finished product
- Work to customer drawing specifications and tolerances
- Ability to plan your job and work unsupervised
- Commitment to safety and quality
Skills and Experience
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate – Machinist
- Ideal candidate will have some level of CNC experience
- Commitment to safety & good communication skills
- Eligible to work in Australia
