About the Role:

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll be the key figure in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will lead a skilled team of QA monitors and meat inspectors, developing and implementing robust QA programs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the company’s products not only meet but exceed industry regulations and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the Standard: Develop and manage QA programs that set new benchmarks for the industry.
• Lead with Confidence: Guide your team in rigorous product and process testing to ensure absolute compliance.
• Ensure Compliance: Oversee the management of HACCP, food safety, digital, and quality systems.
• Drive Excellence: Ensure full compliance with food safety, animal welfare, and other critical standards.
• Mentor and Manage: Conduct performance reviews, manage contract cleaners, and provide comprehensive QA reports.
